35 easy, delicious and illustrated desserts for children with food allergies-and for everyone who loves to bake and share. Every child deserves to enjoy a delicious homemade dessert without feeling left out. That's the idea behind Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free Desserts for Kids, my first children's cookbook.

Why I wrote this book
I'm Bea Caillet, the French creator of [Go Healthy With Bea], a website dedicated to gluten-free recipes and healthy living.
My own experience with a gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free diet taught me how challenging it can be to adapt the foods you love. But it also taught me something important: a special diet doesn't have to mean feeling left out and giving up the pleasure of food.
Every child deserves to enjoy a delicious homemade dessert without feeling left out.
This book was created for children who can't eat gluten, dairy or eggs-but also for their siblings, friends and families. Because the goal isn't to make a dessert that only one child can eat. The goal is to make something delicious that everyone can enjoy together.
The recipes in this book are designed so that children following a gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free diet can bake and enjoy delicious desserts alongside everyone else. And you don't have to follow a special diet to love them.
Baking for everyone
This book is especially suitable for families looking for:
- gluten-free desserts for kids
- dairy-free desserts for kids
- egg-free desserts for kids
- soy free desserts for kids
- peanut free desserts for kids
- allergy-friendly baking ideas
- vegan-friendly children's desserts
- nut-free or nut-free adaptable desserts
- easy recipes to bake with children
But you don't need to have a food allergy to enjoy this cookbook.
That's one of the things I love most about these recipes: everyone can bake together and enjoy the same dessert.
A child with allergies can make muffins their sibling will love.
A vegan child can enjoy the same birthday treat as their friends.
A family can bake together without having to make a separate dessert for one person.
Because no one should ever feel left out and food should always be inclusive.
Perfect for baking with kids
The recipes are designed to be approachable and fun, making the book a great companion for:
- Family baking days : Spend an afternoon in the kitchen baking something delicious together.
- Birthday parties : Make treats that children with different dietary needs can enjoy together.
- Holiday baking : Create allergy-friendly desserts that can be shared with family and friends.
- After-school baking : Turn a free afternoon into a fun kitchen project.
