Gluten free dairy free snacks to buy
Even though I'm all about homemade foods, let's face it, sometimes we just don't have the time or the energy or even access to a kitchen in order to prepare a delicious gluten-free and dairy-free snack.
But before you go to the store and reach for that supposedly healthy gluten free dairy free snack, you need to know the surprising truth behind these products. A LOT of gluten free dairy free store bought snacks are full of additives and other not-so-healthy ingredients that can impact on your overall health. Don't fall for the marketing hype and make sure to select high quality snacks that are made with real food ingredients. To help you with that, here is my own personal selection of snacks made with a few, clean ingredients.
Sweet snacks

Homemade snacks
In my opinion, there's nothing more delicious than homemade food! But I don't like to slave for hours in the kitchen. So, I'm all about easy recipes with a few simple ingredients. So here are my favorite homemade gluten free dairy free snacks.
Muffins
I'm obsessed with muffins! I find them at the same time delicious and so convenient. You can make savory muffins or sweet muffins. Make them in batches and freeze them to always have some on hand. And you can make them either as "regular" sized muffins or as mini muffins for a small snack. Isn't it amazing? That's why I've created so many muffin recipes. And here are my favorites.
