You can be intolerant to pretty much everything and anything.

Sorry, it’s probably not the answer you wanted to hear but it is unfortunately true: you can be intolerant to pretty much everything and anything. So when I read on some packaged foods or even on recipes that they are allergen free, I’m sorry but it is not necessarily true. It can be true for some people while completely false for others.

That is the reason why the IgG intolerance test I talk about in my healing method article (click here to read it) and took, tested 270 different types of food. From gluten, to dairy and eggs but also spices, herbs, meats, fish, seafood and vegetables and fruit. Yes, you have read correctly also vegetables and fruit.

So not only can you be intolerant to anything but also your food intolerances are very personal.

Yes, food intolerances are very personal and differ completely from one person to another. Even amongst family members.

To help you wrap your head around all this I’m going to list my own intolerances and my mother’s. And you will see by yourself that our two lists differ a lot even though we are mother and daughter. Also, you will see that some of our intolerances are very surprising.

Here is the list of all the food I am intolerant to :
