📖 Ingredient notes
- Strawberries. Make sure to use fresh strawberries for this recipe. For your information, strawberries are part of the "dirty dozen". Which means that they are part of the list of produce that contain the most pesticides, even after washing. So, if you can afford them and find them, try to get organic strawberries.
- Lemon juice. Freshly squeezed.
- Mint leaves. You will need fresh mint leaves for this recipe.
- Optional. Unrefined sugar (muscovado or coconut sugar) or maple syrup.

👩🏻🍳 How to serve this fruit salad to make it fancy
The secret to instantly transform this very simple and super easy salad into a "fancy dessert to impress" is to serve it in beautiful glasses.
Believe me, if you serve it in a large salad bowl, you won't get the same "wow effect".
So really, it's worth it! Here I'm using, coupe glasses but stemless wine glasses would also be a great option or any other kind of glasses. Just pick the most beautiful ones you have on hand.
Same with the cutlery: select your best looking forks or spoons to serve it with. I recommend using small cutlery.

💬 Recipe FAQs
Cut the green leafy part at the top of each strawberry. Then quarter all strawberries. If you have any smaller strawberries just cut those ones in half. On the contrary, if you have very big strawberries you might want to cut them more than just quarters.
