I love guacamole! It is so fresh and versatile. You can serve this either as a dip with corn tortillas or vegetable sticks for an appetizer or you can have it in a salad (click here to see my mexican style salad recipe) or you can spread it on a flat bread to make a wrap.

So here is a very quick and super easy 4 ingredient guacamole recipe whitout cilantro nor onion.

Express guacamole (Paleo, whole30, vegan)

Prep time




  • 1 ripe avocado

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Pinch of ground cumin

  • Pinch of salt


  • Cut the avocado lengthwise around the seed. Open the two halves to expose the pit. Remove the pit. With a spoon, scoop out the avocado flesh and put the flesh in a bowl.
  • Pour the lemon juice in the bowl, over the avocado flesh. Mash it with a fork and then add ground cumin and salt to taste. And voilà!
