If you are too scared to make it flambéed, no worries, you absolutely don’t need to do that. You can also have it without any alcohol, it will still be delicious. When we were kids, my mother would throw 4 bananas in a pan, cook them as described below, then remove those for my brother and I and then she would flambée the other 2. Now that I’m an adult I like it both ways.
