If you are gluten-free or celiac, traveling can feel stressful - especially in France, where bread and pastries are everywhere.

Your experience begins in the charming neighborhood of Montmartre, where we visit exceptional artisans for tastings such as:
- Fresh gluten-free bread
- French pastries
- Refined cheeses
- Artisanal charcuterie
- Fine chocolate
- Carefully selected wine
After approximately 1.5 hours of strolling and tastings, we continue with a seated food and wine experience inside an authentic Parisian apartment - an intimate setting that allows you to enjoy your discoveries in comfort.
The experience lasts approximately 3 hours in total.
Everything is included.
And yes - you take the leftovers with you (often enough for a second meal).

My husband and I joined Bea for a delicious gluten-free food tour on a beautiful day during our trip to Paris in May. We began our tour exploring the charming local shops of Montmartre, all conveniently located of one another. The experience felt incredibly personal, with each shop owner sharing the story and history behind their products. We visited a wonderful cheese shop, a butcher/charcuterie shop, a gluten-free bakery, (and regular bakery for my husband!) and a chocolate shop—each offering something unique and memorable.
The highlight of the day was returning to Bea’s beautiful and welcoming apartment, where we enjoyed a personalized tasting of all the delicious treats we had collected throughout the tour. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience. As someone who has celiac, it was such a relief to feel completely at ease. Bea made us feel comfortable and confident that everything we ate was safe, eliminating any worries about cross-contamination or hidden ingredients.
We are still dreaming about all of the incredible food we enjoyed that day! It was a true pleasure to meet Bea and experience the wonderful flavors that Paris has to offer—sans gluten. We also greatly appreciated the opportunity to experience Parisian culture on a deeper level, learning about the traditions, craftsmanship, and history behind the foods we were enjoying. We hope to visit again someday and would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic and worry-free gluten-free experience

As a coeliac travelling overseas for the first time, booking a food tour in Paris felt both exciting and a little daunting. From my very first contact with Bea, I knew I was in good hands.
Before we had even met, Bea went above and beyond to answer questions, provide recommendations, and make sure every detail was covered. Her communication was warm, thoughtful and incredibly reassuring. As someone navigating a strict gluten-free diet in a city famous for bread and pastries, that level of care meant more than I can express.
The tour itself was one of the highlights of my entire Paris adventure.
Bea welcomed me not just as a client, but as a guest in her city. Her knowledge of gluten-free Paris is extraordinary, and every stop had clearly been chosen with care. From beautiful breads and pastries to incredible cheeses, charcuterie, chocolate and fresh produce, every tasting felt authentic, high quality and uniquely Parisian.
One of the most memorable parts of the experience was the tasting itself. The setting was beautiful, authentic and full of character, offering a glimpse into a side of Paris that many visitors never get to experience. It felt warm, welcoming and deeply connected to the history and culture of the city. Sharing wonderful food in such a unique environment elevated the experience far beyond a traditional food tour.
What struck me most was how personal and thoughtful the entire afternoon felt. Bea has a genuine gift for making people feel welcome, and her passion for Paris, its food culture and its history shines through in everything she does. Rather than feeling like a tour, it felt like spending time with someone who truly wanted to share the very best of her city.
As a solo traveller visiting Paris for the first time, I never felt like a customer. I felt looked after.
As a coeliac, there is often an element of stress attached to travel and eating out. For a few wonderful hours, Bea removed all of that. I was able to simply enjoy Paris as a food lover, knowing I was in safe hands.
I left the tour with a full stomach, a deeper appreciation for Parisian food culture, a list of wonderful places to revisit, and memories that I will genuinely treasure for years to come.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Bea deserves 11 out of 10.
Thank you, Bea, for your kindness, generosity and for creating such a memorable experience. It was one of the most meaningful parts of my trip, and I would recommend this tour without hesitation to anyone visiting Paris—especially those navigating life gluten-free.
Thank you Bea x

We had a fantastic time on Bea's gluten-free food tour and can't recommend it enough, especially for anyone with celiac disease. As someone who has been living gluten-free for a few years, it was a huge relief to know that every stop was a safe and delicious experience.
What made the tour truly special was the personalised touch. Bea took the time to understand our family's preferences beforehand, ensuring a perfect day for everyone. We appreciated visiting a variety of places, and particularly loved the stops for cheese and chocolate, learning about the production processes and stories directly from the shop owners.
Bea's deep knowledge and passion for food, combined with her expertise as a certified gluten-free practitioner, made us feel completely at ease. She didn't just point out safe options; she guided us through authentic Parisian food culture in a way that was both educational and incredibly enjoyable. This tour is a must-do for anyone wanting to explore Paris's culinary scene.

My words will not do our tour justice, but I will try! I was able to book and coordinate everything with Bea over email prior to our arrival. Our group was made up of someone with celiac, a vegetarian, and someone who does not eat cow’s milk. Bea was able to help accommodate all our parties’ needs.
When the day came, we met Bea at the Abbesses metro station, and the food tour quickly began! It started with a stop at an all-GF bakery and a regular bakery for our non-GF people. We picked out a sweet treat in addition to some baguettes. Next, we stopped at a chocolate shop where we learned about the chocolate making process and got to sample different varieties of chocolate. Then we went to a cheese store where we got to taste and pick out 6 different cheeses. Next, we stopped at a market where we picked out a few fruits and veggies. Finally, we stopped by a charcuterie shop where we let Bea pick out options for us. Everything was included within the tour fee and was purchased by Bea. Then, we headed towards a lovely Parisian apartment where we enjoyed all the food we picked up with wine that Bea had picked out. The apartment was beautiful. The food was delicious. The conversation was lovely. Not only was Bea able to enlighten us on French cuisine and managing a dietary lifestyle in Paris, but she was able to help us on our trip itinerary with the upcoming Parisian strikes.
I recommend this food tour for anyone coming to Paris even if you aren’t limited to allergies! I was able to try food that I would not have tried otherwise thanks to the relaxed setting. I will definitely do this tour again if I ever find myself back in Paris!

Bea is a knowledgeable and charming, Parisian guide to a gluten free Paris. Our tour was a lovely neighbourhood walk to artisanal shops where we were greeted by enthusiastic staff happy to explain their products. Bea really facilitated a tour that was very participatory. The culmination of our tour was a lovely gluten free "seated tasting". The apartment dining room, in a Hausmann building was a rare treat. Bea was a truly wonderful guide so full of information that she shared easily with all of us.

Bea-
We had a wonderful time on our tour with you today - it absolutely exceeded our expectations! The quality of the food was top notch - all of us, including those in our party with and without Celiac - thoroughly enjoyed it. The shops you chose were great - really high-end, sophisticated places - and exactly how I envisioned shopping for meat, cheese, and bread in Paris would be. With all that in mind, I think what stood out even more than the food was dining in a lovely Parisian home, which was absolutely a unique experience. Thank you so much!

I am just back from a long European vacation, having started in Paris. Bea's food tour was a highlight of my entire trip. Bea carefully tailored our experience to our particular needs. We shopped and sampled wonderful cheeses, meats, and breads--learning a lot about gluten-free eating and French foods in particular. Bea then treated us to a feast fit for French royalty. I highly recommend this tour. Bea listens carefully and provides an experience for each person in the group. Thank you, Bea.

I can't recommend the Gluten-Free Food Tour of Paris by Go Healthy with Bea highly enough! As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, exploring food while traveling can be a bit stressful—but this tour turned that around completely. From the moment it started, Bea made us feel welcome, understood, and excited to explore the best gluten-free delights Paris has to offer.
The selection of bakeries, patisseries, and hidden gems was exceptional. Every stop felt thoughtfully curated, and Bea’s knowledge of the gluten-free lifestyle was impressive. She shared great insights, tips, and personal stories that made the tour feel intimate and authentic.

The exciting opportunity came for my husband and I to live in Paris for the month of May 2024. When we visited Paris 20 years ago, I was not gluten-free. Today I am gluten-free for health reasons. Living in Paris for a month seemed daunting because there is much gluten in French cooking. And, OH, the pastries…so sad 🥲 to think I couldn’t eat any of the fabulous French pastries! 🥐
As I researched gluten-free traveling in Paris, I found Go Healthy With Bea. What a Godsend! Even before we got to France, Bea had communicated with me multiple times, putting me at ease that I would be able to enjoy French food in France. That was exciting to us!
On Saturday, Bea walked, talked and ate gluten-free with us, sharing her wealth of knowledge of gluten-free eating in Paris. She gave us the names of restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores that we could go to to be safe and not get glutened! Even when a creperie says gluten-free!!!
That time spent with Bea has made our visit to Paris less daunting and much more pleasurable! I look forward to her continued communications with us while here in Paris and I also signed up for Bea’s newsletter.
Bon Apetit! (Gluten-free, that is!)😃

This is a wonderful idea! I don't think I will be able to get to Paris any time soon, but I would need this! i have to eat gluten, dairy and egg free. It is always a lot of work to figure out where I can eat out. If I were traveling and working in another language it would be very stressful. I look forward to hearing about the tour! And thank you for your recipes! I enjoy the and they have helped a lot!
Bea C. says
Bonjour Michele. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment. I'm thrilled to hear that you like my recipes and that they have helped you a lot!! And I'm glad that you find that a bespoke gluten free food tour in Paris is a good idea. I'm also gluten, (cow) dairy and egg free and it is indeed very complicated to eat out, even for me as a local and without the barrier of the language. Hence why I decided to create this food tour.
