  • 2 teaspoons turmeric ground
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil
  • A sprinkle of black pepper

Notes

Warning ⚠️ : turmeric stains a lot (on clothes and also on cookware, cups...) so you probably shouldn't be wearing your favorite clothes while making your golden milk nor should you use your best white China.
Milk. If you are dairy free, vegan or paleo, make sure to use almond milk or another non dairy milk of your choice. If you are not, you can use dairy milk.
