Basil pesto without pine nuts (AIP, paleo, vegan)

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves (1 bunch)
  • 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp tigernut flour (or almond flour if you are not on AIP nor nut free)
  • 1 garlic clove small
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the basil leaves
  • Place basil, tigernut or almond flour, olive oil, garlic and salt in a blender. Process until smooth and voilà!
