Je la fais aussi bien pour moi toute seule que pour un petit d\u00eener en t\u00eate \u00e0 t\u00eate tout simple. En dessert, je sers soit une <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/mousse-au-chocolat\/\">Mousse au chocolat vegan<\/a>, ou de la <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/perle-du-japon-au-lait-de-coco\/\">Perle du Japon au Lait de Coco<\/a> ou encore une <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/salade-de-fraises\/\">Salade de fraises \u00e0 la menthe<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n[feast_advanced_jump_to]\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vermicelles de riz<\/strong> (si vous suivez le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-aip-quest-ce-que-cest\/\">protocole AIP<\/a>, utilisez des vermicelles de konjac ou des vermicelles de patate douce). Comme leur nom l'indique, les vermicelles de riz sont faits \u00e0 base de riz. C'est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela qu'ils sont sans gluten. On en trouve tr\u00e8s facilement dans le rayon cuisine asiatique des supermarch\u00e9s.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carotte r\u00e2p\u00e9e. <\/strong>Vous pouvez r\u00e2per la carotte avec une r\u00e2pe manuelle ou une r\u00e2pe \u00e9lectrique si vous en avez une. S'il vous reste des carottes, n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 faire mes <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/muffins-healthy-banane-carottes-sans-gluten-vegan-aip\/\">Muffins Banane Carottes<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avocat<\/strong> bien m\u00fbr. Pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-fodmaps\/\">r\u00e9gime FODMAP<\/a>, limitez la quantit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00bc d'avocat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crevettes roses cuites.<\/strong> Les crevettes sont un des fruits de mer les plus consomm\u00e9s. La crevette est riche en prot\u00e9ine et est une excellente source de phosphore. Elle est \u00e9galement source d'om\u00e9ga 3. Attention toutefois, les crevettes roses cuites d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es vendues en supermarch\u00e9 contiennent souvent des additifs.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coriandre fra\u00eeche<\/strong> ou menthe fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour la sauce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>Sauce tamari<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>(ou&nbsp;aminos de coco pour le protocole AIP et les intol\u00e9rants au soja)<strong>. <\/strong>Qu'est-ce que la sauce Tamari? C'est une sauce soja sans gluten. En effet, la sauce soja ordinaire contient du bl\u00e9 (et par cons\u00e9quent du gluten). La quantit\u00e9 de sauce Tamari utilis\u00e9e dans cette recette (soit 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe) est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme compatible avec le r\u00e9gime sans FODMAP.&nbsp;Si vous \u00eates intol\u00e9rant au soja ou si vous suivez le protocole AIP vous devez utiliser de l'aminos de coco&nbsp;\u00e0 la place de la sauce soja. Cette sauce ferment\u00e9e est sans gluten et sans soja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jus de citron<\/strong>. Fra\u00eechement press\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d'olive<\/strong>. Assurez-vous d'utiliser de l'huile d'olive vierge extra. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauce de poisson<\/strong>. L\u00e0 encore, attention \u00e0 bien v\u00e9rifier les ingr\u00e9dients afin de choisir une sauce de poisson compatible avec vos restrictions alimentaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la liste compl\u00e8te d'ingr\u00e9dients et les quantit\u00e9s pour cette salade de vermicelles et crevettes, voir la carte recette ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%94%aa-instructions\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd2a Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez les vermicelles selon les instructions inscrites sur le paquet (celles-ci diff\u00e8rent en fonction du type de vermicelles et de la marque). \u00c9gouttez-les et transf\u00e9rez-les dans un saladier. Ajoutez la carotte r\u00e2p\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9pluchez la moiti\u00e9 d'avocat, coupez-la et mettez-la dans le saladier. Ajoutez les crevettes, la coriandre et les cacahu\u00e8tes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un bol ou un verre, versez le jus de citron, la sauce tamari, l'huile d'olive et la sauce de poisson et m\u00e9langez le tout. Versez la sauce sur votre salade de vermicelles et crevettes.
