Et peut \u00eatre aussi bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du lait d'amande qu'avec du lait de coco ou tout autre lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal. Mais personnellement, depuis que j'ai commenc\u00e9 ce \"r\u00e9gime sans\", j'aime en prendre au petit-d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, le repas le plus difficile quand vous devez supprimer le gluten, les produits laitiers et les oeufs est probablement le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/cat\u00e9gorie\/recettes\/petits-dejeuners\/\">petit-d\u00e9jeuner (sans gluten)<\/a>. Du coup, je l'avoue, je prends souvent ce que j'ai sous la main. Que ce soit une part de <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/banana-bread-aip\/\">Banana bread sans gluten<\/a> ou un <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/muffins-myrtilles-banane\/\">Muffin aux myrtilles et \u00e0 la banane<\/a> ou m\u00eame des <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/perle-du-japon-au-lait-de-coco\/\">Perles du Japon au lait de coco<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Riz rond.<\/strong> Vous pouvez prendre du riz rond \"sp\u00e9cial dessert\" ou du riz pour risotto comme par exemple le riz Arborio. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\"Lait\" v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<\/strong> Quel \"lait\" v\u00e9g\u00e9tal utiliser pour cette recette? Personnellement, ma version pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e est le riz au lait d'amande. Donc, vous l'aurez devin\u00e9, j'utilise le plus souvent du lait d'amande pour cette recette. Mais vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quel lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (lait de soja, d'avoine sans gluten, de noix de cajou, de souchet...). Par contre, si vous optez pour du lait de coco (en bo\u00eete ou en briquette), je vous conseille de le diluer avec de l'eau sinon cela risque d'\u00eatre \u00e9coeurant. En effet, le lait de coco est tr\u00e8s gras. Sauf si vous prenez une \"boisson coco\". Dans ce cas, la quantit\u00e9 de noix de coco est plus faible que dans les briquettes et donc vous n'aurez pas ce probl\u00e8me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sirop d'\u00e9rable.<\/strong> Vous pouvez le remplacer par du sirop d'agave ou du sirop de coco ou ne pas en mettre du tout si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extrait de vanille. <\/strong>Pour parfumer ce riz au lait vegan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cannelle.<\/strong> Un b\u00e2ton de cannelle ou de la cannelle en poudre, \u00e9galement pour parfumer ce riz au lait vegan. Et pour d\u00e9corer, une pinc\u00e9e de cannelle en poudre ou de cacao en poudre.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les quantit\u00e9s et la liste compl\u00e8te des ingr\u00e9dients pour ce riz au lait vegan, voir la carte recette ci-dessous. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%92%ad-variations\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcad Variations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous pouvez utiliser des zestes d'orange \u00e0 la place de la vanille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la place de la cannelle et de la vanille pour parfumer votre riz au lait vegan, vous pouvez utiliser de l'eau de fleur d'oranger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter des raisins secs \u00e0 votre riz au lait. Transf\u00e9rez imm\u00e9diatement dans des ramequins individuels ou dans un grand saladier. Laissez le riz au lait refroidir un petit peu. Plus vous le ferez cuire, moins il restera de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal puisque le riz l'aura absorb\u00e9 et ainsi plus votre riz au lait sera compact. Aussi, sachez que le riz continue de cuire et d'absorber le lait apr\u00e8s que vous ayez \u00e9teint le feu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a7%be-comment-conserver-ce-riz-au-lait\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddfe Comment conserver ce riz au lait?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je fais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ce riz au lait vegan en grosse quantit\u00e9. Puis je le transf\u00e8re dans des pots individuels (type pots de yaourts en verre avec couvercle) que je mets au frigo lorsque je sais que je vais les consommer dans les 3-4 jours qui suivent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%92%ac-est-ce-que-je-peux-le-congeler\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcac Est-ce que je peux le congeler?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui. Apr\u00e8s avoir fait une grosse quantit\u00e9 de riz au lait, j'aime bien en congeler une partie dans des pots individuels. De cette fa\u00e7on je n'ai qu'\u00e0 sortir un pot la veille au soir pour qu'il soit d\u00e9congel\u00e9 le lendemain matin. Pour cela, il suffit d'attendre que le riz au lait ait bien refroidi. Puis de le transf\u00e9rer dans des pots individuels munis d'un couvercle et de les mettre dans le cong\u00e9lateur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%8d%aa-autres-recettes-a-essayer\"
