En dehors de la saison ou tout simplement lorsque je n'arrive pas \u00e0 en trouver chez mon primeur, je prends de la courge butternut ou du potiron surgel\u00e9(e) en cubes. Je prends juste ce qu'il faut pour ma recette, le d\u00e9cong\u00e8le, le r\u00e9duit en pur\u00e9e et le tour est jou\u00e9. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chocolat noir<\/strong>&nbsp;pour p\u00e2tisserie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sucre<\/strong> non raffin\u00e9 en poudre&nbsp;(muscovado, sucre de coco...)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Farine de riz complet<\/strong>. La farine de riz complet est ma farine sans gluten pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Car j'aime sa saveur neutre d'une part, et, d'autre part, c'est une des farines sans gluten les moins ch\u00e8res. M\u00eame si son prix reste tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 compar\u00e9 \u00e0 la farine de bl\u00e9 ordinaire. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile de coco<\/strong>. L'huile de coco apporte non seulement une d\u00e9licieuse saveur de coco \u00e0 ce fondant au chocolat mais \u00e9galement sa texture fondante. Attendez que le fondant refroidisse compl\u00e8tement avant de le d\u00e9mouler.
