Ils seront parfaits pour montrer votre amour quelle qu'en soit l'occasion: la Saint Valentin, un anniversaire, la f\u00eate des m\u00e8res ou des p\u00e8res... <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou vous pouvez faire ces g\u00e2teaux en forme de coeur \u00e0 vos enfants qui n'aiment pas les l\u00e9gumes! Il est donc plus difficile de s'en procurer. Quand je peux acheter du potiron frais (ou encore mieux, prendre celui du jardin) je le fais cuire \u00e0 la vapeur ou au four et le r\u00e9duit simplement en pur\u00e9e. En dehors de la saison ou tout simplement lorsque je n'arrive pas \u00e0 en trouver chez mon primeur, je prends du potiron surgel\u00e9 en cubes. Je prends juste ce qu'il faut pour ma recette, le d\u00e9cong\u00e8le, le r\u00e9duit en pur\u00e9e et le tour est jou\u00e9. Cette recette fonctionne \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien avec de la courge butternut. Si vous ne connaissez pas la courge butternut, n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 lire mon article la <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/courge-butternut-pour-les-debutants\/\">courge butternut pour les d\u00e9butants<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Farine de souchet<\/strong> (<strong>ou poudre d'amande<\/strong>\u00a0pour ceux qui ne suivent pas le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-aip-quest-ce-que-cest\/\">protocole AIP<\/a> et qui ne sont pas intol\u00e9rants aux fruits \u00e0 coques). Par contre, si vous suivez le protocole AIP ou un r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o, utilisez de l'arrowroot&nbsp;ou de la f\u00e9cule de tapioca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poudre de caroube<\/strong> (ou <strong>cacao en poudre<\/strong> si vous ne suivez pas le protocole AIP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile de votre choix<\/strong>. J'utilise soit de l'huile d'olive extra vierge soit de l'huile de coco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vinaigre de cidre<\/strong> ou jus de citron si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour le gla\u00e7age rose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Betterave rouge cuite<\/strong>. En France on trouve facilement de la betterave rouge d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuite. Versez la p\u00e2te dans le moule. Le nombre de muffins obtenus varie en fonction de la taille de votre moule. Pour v\u00e9rifier qu'ils sont bien cuits, enfoncez la lame d'un couteau au milieu d(un g\u00e2teau, la lame doit revenir propre.
