Mais pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas manger de gluten ni de produits laitiers, voici une version de la sauce b\u00e9chamel sans gluten sans lactose et sans beurre et donc enti\u00e8rement vegan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%92%ad-pourquoi-la-sauce-bechamel-est-si-populaire\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcad Pourquoi la sauce B\u00e9chamel est si populaire?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En France, la sauce B\u00e9chamel est une sauce basique qui sert essentiellement \u00e0 faire toutes sortes de gratins. Du gratin de p\u00e2tes aux gratins de l\u00e9gumes en passant par les lasagnes. Ajouter une sauce b\u00e9chamel cr\u00e9meuse \u00e0 un gratin de l\u00e9gumes le rend imm\u00e9diatement plus appr\u00e9ciable par les enfants. Et croyez-moi, elles ont toutes dit que cette version sans gluten ni lactose \u00e9tait plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re (moins lourde \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer) que la version traditionnelle. Or, il me semble que de nos jours, beaucoup de personnes pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les repas rassasiants sans \u00eatre lourds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lait d'amande non sucr\u00e9<\/strong>. Attention \u00e0 ne pas vous tromper et \u00e0 bien prendre du lait d'amande non sucr\u00e9 sinon votre gratin sera immangeable (c'est du v\u00e9cu! \ud83d\ude05 ). Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser du lait de vache sans lactose si vous n'\u00eates pas vegan ni intol\u00e9rant \u00e0 la cas\u00e9ine. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Farine de riz complet.<\/strong> Cette farine sans gluten au go\u00fbt neutre est parfaite pour faire une bonne sauce B\u00e9chamel sans gluten.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Noix de muscade, sel et poivre<\/strong> pour assaisonner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la liste compl\u00e8te des ingr\u00e9dients et les quantit\u00e9s, voir la carte recette ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a7%be-si-vous-suivez-le-regime-sans-fodmaps\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddfe Si vous suivez le r\u00e9gime sans FODMAPs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette de sauce b\u00e9chamel est faite avec 500 ml (2 tasses) de lait d'amande. Pour le r\u00e9gime sans fodmaps, la consommation de lait d'amande doit \u00eatre limit\u00e9e \u00e0 250 ml (soit 1 tasse). Dans la mesure o\u00f9 cette sauce b\u00e9chamel a pour but d'agr\u00e9menter un gratin (ou autre plat) \u00e9labor\u00e9 pour plusieurs personnes, cette recette utilisant du lait d'amande est compatible avec le r\u00e9gime sans fodmaps.
