Comme mon <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/cake-au-chocolat-et-a-la-courgette\/\">G\u00e2teau chocolat courgette sans oeuf<\/a> ou mon <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/cake-potiron-chocolat-sans-gluten-vegan\/\">Cake potiron chocolat vegan<\/a> ou encore mon <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/fondant-au-chocolat\/\">Fondant au chocolat sans beurre<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Endives<\/strong>. Choisissez de belles endives bien dodues: elles r\u00e9duisent \u00e0 la cuisson. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jambon.<\/strong> J'utilise du jambon cuit pour cette recette. Mais vous pouvez utiliser tout type de jambon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauce B\u00e9chamel.<\/strong> C'est une sauce blanche moyennement \u00e9paisse. Dans sa version traditionnelle, elle est pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec de la farine de bl\u00e9 et du beurre. Personnellement, j'utilise une <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/bechamel-vegetale-et-sans-gluten\/\">B\u00e9chamel sans gluten sans lactose<\/a> mais vous pouvez utiliser une B\u00e9chamel classique. Cette sauce est beaucoup utilis\u00e9e en France pour faire des gratins (de l\u00e9gumes, de p\u00e2tes, des lasagnes...). Elle permet de faire manger plus facilement des l\u00e9gumes aux enfants. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 de votre choix.<\/strong> Comme je ne peux pas manger de produits laitiers de vache, je prends du fromage de brebis (de l'Ossau-Iraty). Mais vous pouvez utiliser du Gruy\u00e8re, de l'Emmental, du Cheddar ou un autre fromage de votre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les quantit\u00e9s d'ingr\u00e9dients pour cette recette d'endives au jambon, voir la carte recette ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%94%aa-pas-a-pas\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd2a Pas \u00e0 pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rincez les endives et \u00f4tez les talons.
