A chaque fois que je pr\u00e9pare ce dip de thon pour un petit <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/cat\u00e9gorie\/recettes\/aperitifs\/\">ap\u00e9ro (sans gluten)<\/a>, je n'ai jamais de restes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour compl\u00e9ter mon ap\u00e9ro, je propose \u00e9galement des <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/rillettes-de-poulet-roti-paleo-aip\/\">Rillettes de poulet r\u00f4ti<\/a>, du <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/guacamole-express\/\">Guacamole maison sans tomate<\/a> et des wraps de <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/galettes-de-sarrasin\/\">Galettes de sarrasin<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Thon<\/strong>. Pour cette recette il vous faudra du thon en bo\u00eete au naturel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fromage frais.<\/strong> Personnellement, comme je suis intol\u00e9rante aux produits laitiers de vache, je fais ce dip de thon avec du fromage de ch\u00e8vre frais. Le fromage de ch\u00e8vre frais a l'avantage d'avoir une saveur tr\u00e8s douce, contrairement au fromage de ch\u00e8vre sec. Il a \u00e9galement une consistance cr\u00e9meuse, parfaite pour faire ce dip. Toutefois, si vous tol\u00e9rez bien les produits laitiers de vache, n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 prendre un autre fromage frais, type Saint Moret ou du cream cheese Philadelphia. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jus de citron.<\/strong> Il est indispensable pour donner du go\u00fbt \u00e0 ce dip. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optionnel<\/strong>. Mais \u00e9galement avec des tortilla chips de ma\u00efs que l'on trouve dans tous les commerces (oui je sais un produit transform\u00e9 industriel c'est pas top mais on n'est pas oblig\u00e9
