Apr\u00e8s une longue promenade dans la nature quand il fait tr\u00e8s froid. En rentrant, je me d\u00e9p\u00eache de pr\u00e9parer ce d\u00e9licieux et r\u00e9confortant chocolat chaud et je me d\u00e9p\u00eache d'aller m'installer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du feu de chemin\u00e9e. Rien que le fait de d\u00e9crire la sc\u00e8ne me donne le sourire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mes autres boissons chaudes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es sont le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/vin-chaud-avec-ou-sans-alcool\/\">Vin chaud (avec ou sans alcool)<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/lait-dor\/\">Lait Dor\u00e9 au curcuma<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%e2%98%95-quest-ce-que-le-chocolat-chaud-a-lancienne\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2615 Qu'est-ce que le chocolat chaud \u00e0 l'ancienne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est un chocolat chaud \u00e9pais, pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec des morceaux de chocolat. Contrairement au chocolat chaud pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du cacao ou de la poudre chocolat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chocolat noir p\u00e2tissier. <\/strong>Je vous recommande de prendre du chocolat de qualit\u00e9. Si vous aimez qu'il soit cors\u00e9, prenez du chocolat avec minimum 70% de cacao. Si vous le pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez plus doux, prenez du chocolat \u00e0 55% ou 60%. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u00e2ton de cannelle.<\/strong>  Vous pouvez \u00e9galement opter pour de la cannelle en poudre ou de l'extrait de vanille. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optionnel: sucre non raffin\u00e9.<\/strong> Si vous utilisez du chocolat un peu trop cors\u00e9 pour le go\u00fbt de certains, vous pouvez ajouter un peu de sucre. Laissez cuire tout en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit compl\u00e8tement fondu et que votre boisson soit bien chaude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rep\u00eachez le b\u00e2ton de cannelle et sortez-le de la casserole. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous voulez un chocolat chaud mousseux, vous pouvez le passer au robot mixeur (ou utiliser un mixeur plongeur) quelques secondes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour un petit plus \"gourmet\",
