(Tout comme ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/rillettes-de-poulet-roti-paleo-aip\/\">Rillettes de poulet r\u00f4ti<\/a>). Et nul besoin de faire cette recette apr\u00e8s Thanksgiving, No\u00ebl ou apr\u00e8s n'importe quelle autre f\u00eate. Vous pouvez la faire tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e avec du poulet (je dis avec du poulet tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e parce que je ne suis pas s\u00fbre que grand monde mange de la dinde r\u00f4tie toute l'ann\u00e9e?). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bref. Pourquoi devriez-vous faire cette recette toute l'ann\u00e9e? Tout simplement parce qu'elle est hyper pratique!! Vous pouvez manger ces muffins pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, un brunch, un d\u00e9jeuner ou un d\u00eener sur le pouce, les emporter dans une bo\u00eete \u00e0 d\u00e9jeuner ou les apporter \u00e0 un pique-nique... Et ils sont d\u00e9licieux! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pur\u00e9e de patate douce ou de potiron.<\/strong> Si vous faites cette recette avec des patates douces, choisissez des patates douces oranges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Farine de souchet<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>ou poudre d'amande<\/strong>&nbsp;pour ceux qui ne suivent pas le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-aip-quest-ce-que-cest\/\">protocole AIP<\/a> et qui ne sont pas intol\u00e9rants aux fruits \u00e0 coques). Si vous ne connaissez pas la farine de souchet et souhaitez en savoir plus, vous pouvez lire mon guide complet de la <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/la-farine-de-souchet\/\">farine de souchet<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00e9cule.<\/strong> Si vous ne suivez pas un r\u00e9gime AIP ni pal\u00e9o, vous pouvez utiliser de la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs ou de pommes de terre. Par contre, si vous suivez le protocole AIP ou un r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o, utilisez de  l'arrowroot ou de la f\u00e9cule de tapioca (attention toutefois \u00e0 utiliser de la f\u00e9cule et non des granules ou des perles de tapioca. Seule diff\u00e9rence, certes importante: la f\u00e9cule de tapioca est finement broy\u00e9e). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vinaigre de cidre <\/strong>ou du jus de citron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restes de poulet <\/strong>ou de dinde r\u00f4ti(e) d\u00e9soss\u00e9s et peau enlev\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estragon<\/strong> frais ou surgel\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la liste compl\u00e8te d'ingr\u00e9dients et les quantit\u00e9s pour ces muffins au poulet, voir la carte recette ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment faire la pur\u00e9e de patate douce?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour me faciliter la t\u00e2che et aller plus vite, je pr\u00e9pare une grosse quantit\u00e9 de pur\u00e9e de patate douce et je l'utilise pour diff\u00e9rentes recettes, en plus de celle-ci (ma&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/ecrase-de-patate-douce-au-lait-de-coco\/\">Pur\u00e9e de patate douce au lait de coco<\/a>&nbsp;ou mon&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/bol-petit-dejeuner\/\">Bol petit-d\u00e9jeuner healthy<\/a> ou encore mes <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/brownies\/\">Brownies fondants<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez faire la pur\u00e9e de patate douce soit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>avec un cuit-vapeur (mon option pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e) : \u00e9pluchez et coupez en morceaux les patates douces. Mettez-les dans votre cuit-vapeur et faites cuire environ 20-25 minutes ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient tendres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>au four: piquez \u00e0 plusieurs endroits les patates douces \u00e0 l'aide d'une fourchette. Placez-les dans un plat adapt\u00e9 et faites cuire environ 1 heure \u00e0 205\u00b0 (400\u00b0F) ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient tendres. Puis coupez-les en 2 dans la longueur et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rez la chair de la patate douce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avec un four \u00e0 micro-ondes: proc\u00e9dez de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que pour la cuisson au four mais en utilisant un plat adapt\u00e9 pour le micro-ondes et en faisant cuire&nbsp;<strong>10 minutes<\/strong>&nbsp;ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la patate douce soit tendre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelle que soit la m\u00e9thode de cuisson utilis\u00e9e, une fois la patate douce cuite, transf\u00e9rez-la dans un mixeur avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients liquides de la recette ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a5%a3-pas-a-pas\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd63 Pas \u00e0 pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A l'aide d'un mixeur, m\u00e9langez la pur\u00e9e de patate douce (ou de potiron), l'huile d'olive et le vinaigre de cidre (ou le jus de citron). douce aux ingr\u00e9dients secs et m\u00e9langez. Pour v\u00e9rifier qu'ils sont bien cuits, enfoncez la lame d'un couteau au milieu d'un des muffins, la lame doit revenir propre. Et voil\u00e0!&nbsp;Attendez qu'ils refroidissent avant de les d\u00e9mouler. Servez avec une salade ou une bonne soupe bien chaude.
