Elle se consomme en automne et en hiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%92%ad-quel-gout-a-la-courge-spaghetti\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcad Quel go\u00fbt a la courge spaghetti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La chair de cette courge ressemble \u00e0 des spaghetti. Mais, bien que cela ressemble \u00e0 des spaghetti, cela n'en a pas du tout le go\u00fbt ni la texture. Cette courge a une saveur relativement neutre, un peu comme celle de la courgette. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%e2%99%a8%ef%b8%8f-comment-faire-cuire-une-courge-spaghetti-au-four\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2668\ufe0f Comment faire cuire une courge spaghetti au four?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cuisson au four n'est pas la seule fa\u00e7on de la faire cuire mais c'est ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. En effet, cette m\u00e9thode n\u00e9cessite tr\u00e8s peu de temps de pr\u00e9paration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'avantage de faire cuire votre courge au four est que cela lui donne une saveur d\u00e9licieuse, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e. Par contre, l'inconv\u00e9nient est que cela met du temps \u00e0 cuire. Personnellement, cela ne me d\u00e9range pas car je peux faire autre chose pendant ce temps. <strong>\ud83d\ude09<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (360\u00b0F)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez votre courge en la passant sous l'eau froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec un couteau tr\u00e8s aff\u00fbt\u00e9 coupez le haut pour enlever la tige (comme sur la photo
