Et je dois avouer que d\u00e9guster une bonne quiche Lorraine traditionnelle me manque. Mais entre le gluten contenu dans la p\u00e2te, les produits laitiers et les oeufs contenus dans l'appareil, voil\u00e0 de nombreuses raisons pour moi de rester \u00e0 distance des quiches! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous savez l'effet que \u00e7a fait de ne plus pouvoir manger ce que vous aimiez? M\u00eame lorsqu'on est en r\u00e9mission gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son changement d'alimentation (pour en savoir plus \u00e0 ce sujet n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 lire <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/ma-methode-naturelle\/\">Mon traitement naturel pour ma maladie auto-immune<\/a>) cela n'arr\u00eate pas totalement les envies et la frustration de ne pas pouvoir manger ce que l'on veut. Alors, il fallait absolument que je cr\u00e9e une recette compatible avec mon r\u00e9gime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La partie la plus compliqu\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 de trouver comment remplacer les oeufs. Si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait une quiche traditionnelle, vous savez que les oeufs servent de liant dans l'appareil \u00e0 quiche. Alors par quoi les remplacer? Puis, l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, pendant la saison des courges, un jour, alors que j'avais un reste de courge cuite et que je r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissais \u00e0 ce que je pouvais faire avec, l'id\u00e9e m'est venue. Et c'est ainsi que cette quiche courge \u00e9pinards sans gluten, vegan et compatible avec le protocole AIP est n\u00e9e!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte. <\/strong>Bien que j'essaye au maximum de tout faire moi-m\u00eame et d'acheter tr\u00e8s peu de produits industriels, de temps en temps cela fait du bien de pouvoir \"lever le pied\". Ainsi, lorsque c'est possible, j'ach\u00e8te de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sans gluten toute pr\u00eate. Ainsi, si vous arrivez \u00e0 en trouver une qui correspond \u00e0 vos intol\u00e9rances, vous pouvez utiliser une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sans gluten toute pr\u00eate. Sinon, vous pouvez faire cette recette avec ma <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/pate-a-tarte-a-la-farine-de-manioc\/\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte \u00e0 la farine de manioc<\/a> qui est sans gluten, vegan et compatible avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-aip-quest-ce-que-cest\/\">protocole AIP<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Courge cuite.<\/strong> Vous pouvez faire cette quiche avec n'importe quel type de courge (butternut, potiron, potimarron...). J'ai personnellement une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la courge butternut. Si vous ne connaissez pas la courge butternut et souhaitez tout savoir sur celle-ci lisez mon article  sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/courge-butternut-pour-les-debutants\/\">courge butternut<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pousses d'\u00e9pinard<\/strong>. Des pousses d'\u00e9pinards fra\u00eeches ou surgel\u00e9es. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Champignons<\/strong>. J'utilise des champignons de Paris mais vous pouvez choisir un autre type de champignons. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oignon<\/strong>. J'utilise de l'oignon jaune mais l'oignon blanc fera \u00e9galement l'affaire. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sel<\/strong>. Je vous recommande d'utiliser du sel de mer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients optionnels si vous n'\u00eates pas vegan: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lardons.<\/strong> Attention \u00e0 prendre des lardons sans additifs (voir avec votre boucher ou chez un petit producteur). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fromage.<\/strong> Vous pouvez ajouter quelques morceaux de fromage de ch\u00e8vre ou de feta <strong>si vous ne suivez pas les r\u00e9gimes AIP et pal\u00e9o et, bien tarte dans un moule chemis\u00e9 de 22 cm \/ 9 inch de diam\u00e8tre et piquez-la avec une fourchette avant de l'enfourner pour une dizaine de minutes pour la faire
