Et ce g\u00e2teau au chocolat et \u00e0 la courgette est tout en haut de ma liste!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme je l'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit auparavant, les cakes \u00e0 la courgette sucr\u00e9s ne sont pas tr\u00e8s courants en France. Ici, nous faisons surtout des cakes \u00e0 la courgette sal\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et comme les cakes sucr\u00e9s ne sont pas tr\u00e8s connus ici,  c'est vite devenu un sujet de conversation dans ma famille. Mes parents aiment bien raconter \u00e0 tout leur entourage ce que leur fille leur fait d\u00e9guster quand elle passe par l\u00e0. Ce qui ne cesse d'intriguer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme les gens ne s'attendent pas vraiment \u00e0 ce qu'il y ait de la courgette dans un g\u00e2teau au chocolat, c'est la raison pour laquelle j'aime les pi\u00e9ger avec ce cake. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a quelques mois, j'\u00e9tais invit\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00eener chez des amis et je savais que l'un d'entre eux n'aimait pas du tout la courgette. (Ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas, je m'\u00e9tais discr\u00e8tement inform\u00e9e qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'une allergie). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'\u00e9tais donc ravie de lui faire manger de la courgette \u00e0 son insu. Il s'est m\u00eame resservi, a trouv\u00e9 que c'\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bon. Avant de d\u00e9couvrir le pot aux roses... \ud83d\ude02 J'adore aussi faire le coup aux enfants qui disent ne pas aimer les l\u00e9gumes!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon, attention tout de m\u00eame, bien que ce cake contienne de la courgette, cela reste tout de m\u00eame un dessert. Utilisez de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la courgette bio car, pour cette recette, il ne faut pas la peler. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poudre d'amande<\/strong>. Si vous \u00eates intol\u00e9rant aux amandes ou, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, aux fruits \u00e0 coque, vous pouvez utiliser de la&nbsp;farine de souchet. Si vous ne connaissez pas la farine de souchet et souhaitez en savoir plus, lisez mon guide complet de la <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/la-farine-de-souchet\/\">farine de souchet<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00e9cule<\/strong>. Vous pouvez utiliser de la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs ou de pommes de terre ou de l'arrowroot ou de la f\u00e9cule de tapioca (qui n'est autre que de la f\u00e9cule de manioc). Attention toutefois \u00e0 bien utiliser de la f\u00e9cule de tapioca et non des granules ou des perles de tapioca. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>P\u00e9pites de chocolat noir<\/strong> ou tablette de chocolat noir coup\u00e9 en petit morceaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cacao<\/strong> <strong>en poudre<\/strong>. Attention \u00e0 bien prendre du cacao en poudre non sucr\u00e9 sans ingr\u00e9dients ajout\u00e9s (pas de poudre chocolat\u00e9e)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vinaigre de cidre<\/strong> ou jus de citron selon pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d'olive vierge extra <\/strong>ou huile de coco<strong> <\/strong>selon pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les quantit\u00e9s et la liste compl\u00e8te des ingr\u00e9dients pour faire ce g\u00e2teau chocolat courgette, voir la carte recette ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a5%a3-pas-a-pas-2-methodes\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd63 Pas \u00e0 pas (2 m\u00e9thodes)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rincez la courgette et coupez les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s. Pr\u00e9parez la quantit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire. Vous pouvez ensuite soit la r\u00e2per, soit la mixer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si vous d\u00e9cidez de r\u00e2per la courgette, m\u00e9langez dans un saladier la Ajoutez le reste des p\u00e9pites de chocolat \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. M\u00e9langez bien le tout \u00e0 l'aide d'une cuill\u00e8re.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huilez ou chemisez un moule \u00e0 cake de 10 x 20 cm (4 x 8 inches) et transf\u00e9rez-y la p\u00e2te.
