\/ allergique aux amandes, ni dans la phase d'\u00e9limination du protocole AIP, vous pouvez remplacer la farine de souchet par la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de poudre d'amande.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais si vous \u00eates allergique aux amandes ou suivez le protocole AIP de fa\u00e7on stricte, je suis navr\u00e9e de vous dire qu'il n'y a pas d'autres substituts \u00e0 quantit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceci est d\u00fb au fait que la farine de souchet a une texture sp\u00e9cifique, qui n\u00e9cessite une certaine quantit\u00e9 de liquides qui est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente de celle dont la farine de coco a besoin. De plus, alors que la farine de souchet est friable, la farine de manioc est, quant \u00e0 elle, gluante.
