La version traditionnelle fran\u00e7aise est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente de la version italienne puisqu'elle ne contient pas de pignons de pin, ni de Parmesan (qui est un fromage italien). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, du fait de la pr\u00e9sence de basilic et de courgette dans cette recette, cette soupe au pistou est en fait une soupe d'\u00e9t\u00e9. Bien que l'automne ait d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 en France m\u00e9tropolitaine, j'ai encore plein de basilic sur mon balcon et les derni\u00e8res courgettes sont encore sur les march\u00e9s et dans les jardins. J'en profite donc pour partager avec vous cette recette avant qu'il ne soit trop tard (bon, au pire, j'aurais attendu l'ann\u00e9e prochaine). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les Ingr\u00e9dients <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Compte tenu du basilic, de la courgette et des poireaux pr\u00e9sents dans cette recette, il s'agit d'une soupe parfaite pour le mois de septembre. En effet, je vous encourage vivement \u00e0 consommer des produits de saison. Ils sont non seulement meilleurs du point de vue gustatif et nutritionnel mais \u00e9galement souvent moins chers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u00e9gumes<\/strong>. J'utilise du poireau, des carottes, de la courgette, du c\u00e9leri branche et de l'oignon. mais n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 varier les plaisirs en modifiant les l\u00e9gumes selon vos envies et votre inspiration. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d'olive vierge extra<\/strong>. L'huile de pr\u00e9dilection en Provence. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pistou<\/strong> ou pesto de basilic. J'utilise mon <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/pesto-de-basilic\/\">pesto de basilic sans pignon<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Petites p\u00e2tes.<\/strong> Omettez-les si vous suivez un programme whole 30. Si vous suivez le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-aip-quest-ce-que-cest\/\">protocole AIP<\/a> ou le r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o faites attention \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner des p\u00e2tes compatibles (p\u00e2tes de manioc, de patate douce, de konjac...). Si vous ne suivez aucun de ces r\u00e9gimes utilisez des petites p\u00e2tes sans gluten. On en trouve facilement en \u00e9picerie bio ou m\u00eame au supermarch\u00e9. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ingr\u00e9dient optionnel<\/strong>&nbsp;: haricots rouges pr\u00e9cuits par vos soins ou en bocal (omettez-les si vous suivez le protocole AIP, whole30 ou pal\u00e9o<strong>)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la liste compl\u00e8te d'ingr\u00e9dients et les quantit\u00e9s pour cette soupe au pistou, voir la carte recette ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%94%aa-instructions\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd2a Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelez et \u00e9mincez l'oignon et faites le suer dans l'huile d'olive \u00e0 feu moyen dans une&nbsp;cocotte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pelez et coupez les carottes en rondelles. Lavez soigneusement le poireau, les branches de c\u00e9leri et la courgette. Coupez tous les l\u00e9gumes en morceaux et versez-les dans la cocotte. Ajoutez le thym, le laurier et le sel. Ajoutez l'eau (ou le bouillon) et couvrez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laissez cuire environ 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les \u00e9ventuels ingr\u00e9dients optionnels. Faites cuire les p\u00e2tes selon les instructions inscrites sur le paquet, soit environ 5 \u00e0 10 minutes (le temps de cuisson varie d'une marque \u00e0 l'autre et selon le type de p\u00e2tes). Ajoutez le pistou\/pesto \u00e0 la soupe juste avant de servir.
