Et, selon moi, la palme de la complication est d\u00e9cern\u00e9e au petit-d\u00e9jeuner sal\u00e9 sans gluten et sans oeuf!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'admire ceux qui arrivent \u00e0 manger les restes du d\u00eener de la veille pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner. J'en suis malheureusement incapable. Toutefois, j'ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 qu'une po\u00eal\u00e9e de patate douce me convenait tr\u00e8s bien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez, bien \u00e9videmment, servir cette po\u00eal\u00e9e de patate douce en plat pour un d\u00e9jeuner ou un d\u00eener si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me pr\u00e9pare cette po\u00eal\u00e9e essentiellement le week-end quand je peux prendre le temps de la pr\u00e9parer et de la d\u00e9guster juste apr\u00e8s. Et bien s\u00fbr, si je ne mange pas tout le jour m\u00eame, je termine les restes le lendemain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un petit-d\u00e9jeuner sal\u00e9, il m'arrive \u00e9galement de manger de la <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/quiche-courge-epinards-sans-gluten-vegan-aip\/\">Quiche courge \u00e9pinards<\/a> ou des <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/muffins-au-poulet-sans-glo-aip-paleo\/\">Muffins au poulet<\/a> ou encore des <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/muffins-patate-douce-et-lardons-sans-glo-aip\/\">Muffins patate douce et lardons<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Ingr\u00e9dients <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patate douce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lardons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Champignons de Paris<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile d'olive vierge extra ou autre huile de votre choix ou saindoux <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feuilles d'\u00e9pinard fra\u00eeches ou surgel\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les quantit\u00e9s et la liste compl\u00e8te d'ingr\u00e9dients pour cette po\u00eal\u00e9e de patate douce, voir carte recette ci-dessous. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%91%a9%f0%9f%8f%bb%f0%9f%8d%b3-astuce\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc69\ud83c\udffb\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Astuce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour vous simplifier la t\u00e2che, vous pouvez utiliser des ingr\u00e9dients surgel\u00e9s (comme par exemple les champignons de Paris ou les feuilles d'\u00e9pinard). Toutefois, je vous conseille de les sortir \u00e0 l'avance pour qu'ils d\u00e9cong\u00e8lent ou de les d\u00e9congeler s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. En effet, si vous les ajoutez \u00e0 la po\u00eal\u00e9e sans d\u00e9cong\u00e9lation, vous aurez un exc\u00e8s d'eau qui rendra votre po\u00eal\u00e9e un peu p\u00e2teuse.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a5%a3-instructions\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd63 Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Epluchez et \u00e9mincez l'oignon. Faites chauffer le saindoux ou l'huile dans une grande po\u00eale. Quand la po\u00eale est chaude, mettez-y l'oignon et faites cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 3 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les lardons dans la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Epluchez et coupez la patate douce en cubes et mettez-la dans la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nettoyez et \u00e9mincez les champignons. Puis ajoutez-les \u00e0 la po\u00eal\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfin, ajoutez les feuilles d'\u00e9pinard et laissez cuire jusqu'\u00e0 ce que tous les l\u00e9gumes soient cuits \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt. Ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de sel et voil\u00e0!
