La farine de ch\u00e2taigne a une saveur sucr\u00e9e, elle est donc parfaite pour vos desserts mais aussi pour faire du pain. Elle est sans doute l'une des meilleures farines sans gluten puisqu'elle est riche en fibre, en prot\u00e9ines, en acides amin\u00e9s essentiels et en nutriments.
