Les galettes sont donc faites \u00e0 base de farine de sarrasin alors que les cr\u00eapes sont faites \u00e0 base de farine de bl\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que l'on appelle le sarrasin \"bl\u00e9 noir\", celui-ci, contrairement au bl\u00e9, est sans gluten. Par cons\u00e9quent, les galettes de sarrasin traditionnelles sont donc naturellement sans gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous aimez la farine de sarrasin, vous aimerez mon <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/banana-bread-farine-de-sarrasin\/\">Banana bread \u00e0 la farine de sarrasin<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-que-faire-avec-des-galettes-de-sarrasin\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Que faire avec des galettes de sarrasin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On sert g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les galettes de sarrasin au d\u00e9jeuner ou au d\u00eener. On peut les garnir comme on le souhaite: avec du jambon, du fromage, du bacon, un \u0153uf au plat, des l\u00e9gumes (tomates, \u00e9pinards...), des champignons, de la viande ou du poisson. Mais la version la plus traditionnelle est la galette compl\u00e8te: une tranche de jambon, de l'Emmental et un \u0153uf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En plus, de cette version traditionnelle, on peut \u00e9galement utiliser les galettes de sarrasin comme \"wraps\". \u00c9talez du fromage frais, de l'houmous ou du guacamole, ajoutez des feuilles de laitues ou du jambon ou ce que vous voulez puis roulez votre galette et coupez en 4 ou 5 morceaux. Vous pouvez piquer des petites piques d'ap\u00e9ritif pour les servir sur un buffet ou les servir \u00e0 l'ap\u00e9ritif. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement les mettre dans votre lunch box pour accompagner une bonne salade cela vous fera un parfait d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 emporter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%94%aa-materiel\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd2a Mat\u00e9riel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire ces galettes de sarrasin, vous aurez besoin de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une po\u00eale \u00e0 cr\u00eape. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser un robot p\u00e2tissier pour faire cette \u00e9tape. Dans ce cas, p\u00e9trissez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 la feuille \u00e0 vitesse moyenne pendant 15 minutes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrez et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez pendant au moins 24 heures et jusqu'\u00e0 3 jours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ce temps de repos, ajoutez la deuxi\u00e8me moiti\u00e9 d'eau (250 ml \/ 1 tasse). Pour ce faire, vous pouvez prendre un papier essuie-tout ou un linge imbib\u00e9 d'huile que vous passez rapidement sur la po\u00eale.
