Si vous ne suivez pas le protocole AIP et n'\u00eates pas allergique aux fruits \u00e0 coque, vous pouvez utiliser de la poudre d'amandes. <strong>Si vous suivez le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-aip-quest-ce-que-cest\/\">protocole AIP<\/a> vous devez utiliser <\/strong>de la <strong>farine de souchet<\/strong> pour faire cette recette. En effet, la poudre d'amandes n'est pas compatible avec la phase d'\u00e9limination du protocole AIP. Si vous ne connaissez pas la farine de souchet et souhaitez en savoir plus, vous pouvez lire mon article sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/la-farine-de-souchet\/\">farine de souchet<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00e9cule. <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: revert; letter-spacing: 0.32px; color: initial;\">Si vous ne suivez pas un r\u00e9gime AIP ni pal\u00e9o, vous pouvez utiliser de la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs ou de pommes de terre. <\/span>Par contre, si vous suivez le protocole AIP ou un r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o, utilisez de l'arrowroot&nbsp;ou de la f\u00e9cule de tapioca (f\u00e9cule de manioc). Attention toutefois \u00e0 bien utiliser de la f\u00e9cule de tapioca et non des granules ou des perles de tapioca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pur\u00e9e de potiron.<\/strong> Tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9e dans les pays Nord am\u00e9ricains o\u00f9 on la trouve m\u00eame en bo\u00eete, la pur\u00e9e de potiron est beaucoup moins r\u00e9pandue en France. Il est donc plus difficile de s'en procurer. Quand je peux acheter du potiron frais (ou encore mieux, prendre celui du jardin) je le fais cuire \u00e0 la vapeur ou au four et le r\u00e9duit simplement en pur\u00e9e. En dehors de la saison ou tout simplement lorsque je n'arrive pas \u00e0 en trouver chez mon primeur, je prends du potiron surgel\u00e9 en cubes. Je prends juste ce qu'il faut pour ma recette, le d\u00e9cong\u00e8le, le r\u00e9duit en pur\u00e9e et le tour est jou\u00e9. Cette recette fonctionne \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien avec de la\u00a0courge butternut. Si vous ne connaissez pas la courge butternut, n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 lire mon guide complet de <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/courge-butternut-pour-les-debutants\/\">la courge butternut<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9lasse noire de canne \u00e0 sucre. <\/strong>On en trouve facilement dans les \u00e9piceries bio. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sirop d'\u00e9rable. <\/strong>Si vous voulez r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de sirop d'\u00e9rable, vous pouvez le remplacer par une m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 d'huile ou de lait de coco.&nbsp;Si, au contraire, vous souhaitez un pain d'\u00e9pice plus sucr\u00e9, vous pouvez augmenter la quantit\u00e9 de sirop d'\u00e9rable \u00e0 condition de diminuer d'autant la quantit\u00e9 d'huile. Par exemple, si vous voulez ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d'\u00e9rable, vous devez diminuer la quantit\u00e9 d'huile d'une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe.&nbsp; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Epices.<\/strong> Cette recette de pain d'\u00e9pice utilise un m\u00e9lange de cannelle, clous de girofle et gingembre. N'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ajuster les quantit\u00e9s d'\u00e9pices selon vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et vos \u00e9ventuelles intol\u00e9rances. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gla\u00e7age (optionnel)<\/strong>. Si vous souhaitez faire ce pain d'\u00e9pice sans huile, vous pouvez la remplacer par une m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de lait de coco. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9lasse noire de canne \u00e0 sucre. <\/strong>Si vous n'en avez pas ou n'en voulez pas, je vous sugg\u00e8re de la remplacer par une m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de sirop d'\u00e9rable. Vous perdrez toutefois le petit go\u00fbt de r\u00e9glisse de la m\u00e9lasse qui ajoute une d\u00e9licieuse saveur \u00e0 ce pain d'\u00e9pice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sirop d'\u00e9rable. <\/strong>Si vous voulez r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de sirop d'\u00e9rable, vous pouvez le remplacer par une m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 d'huile ou de lait de coco.&nbsp;Si, au contraire, vous souhaitez un pain d'\u00e9pice plus sucr\u00e9, vous pouvez augmenter la quantit\u00e9 de sirop d'\u00e9rable \u00e0 condition de diminuer d'autant la quantit\u00e9 d'huile. Par exemple, si vous voulez ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d'\u00e9rable, vous devez diminuer la quantit\u00e9 d'huile d'une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe.&nbsp; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a5%a3-pas-a-pas\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd63 Pas \u00e0 pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (360\u00b0 F)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A l'aide d'un mixeur, m\u00e9langez la pur\u00e9e de potiron, le sirop d'\u00e9rable, la m\u00e9lasse, le jus de citron (ou vinaigre de cidre), l'huile d'olive et la vanille. Pour v\u00e9rifier qu'il est cuit, plantez la lame d'un couteau au milieu du g\u00e2teau, elle doit revenir propre. Attendez que le pain d'\u00e9pice refroidisse avant de le d\u00e9mouler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gla\u00e7age optionnel :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez ajouter un gla\u00e7age sur votre pain d'\u00e9pice. Pour cela, \u00e9talez le gla\u00e7age \u00e0 l'aide d'un couteau ou d'une spatule, sur l'ensemble du pain d'\u00e9pice. Laisser le gla\u00e7age refroidir jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il prenne.
