Je vous explique tout dans la recette! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est \u00e9galement une bonne fa\u00e7on d'utiliser des bananes tr\u00e8s m\u00fbres. Tout comme pour faire une <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/banane-flambee\/\">Banane flamb\u00e9e sans beurre<\/a> ou un <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/cake-banane-coco\/\">Cake banane coco sans gluten<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Poudre d'amandes <\/strong>(ou farine de souchet pour ceux qui suivent le protocole AIP). Si vous ne suivez pas le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-aip-quest-ce-que-cest\/\">protocole AIP<\/a> et n'\u00eates pas allergique aux fruits \u00e0 coque, vous pouvez utiliser de la poudre d'amandes. <strong>Si vous suivez le protocole AIP vous devez utiliser de la farine de souchet<\/strong> pour faire cette recette. En effet, la poudre d'amandes n'est pas compatible avec la phase d'\u00e9limination du protocole AIP. Si vous ne connaissez pas la farine de souchet et souhaitez en savoir plus, vous pouvez lire mon guide complet sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/la-farine-de-souchet\/\">farine de souchet<\/a>. Y a-t-il des substitutions possibles compatibles avec le protocole AIP? Malheureusement il n'est pas possible d'utiliser une autre farine AIP pour faire cette recette. Pourquoi? Parce que les autres farines AIP ont des textures tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents et n\u00e9cessitent des quantit\u00e9s de liquide diff\u00e9rentes. Par cons\u00e9quent, il n'est pas possible d'utiliser une autre farine AIP sans modifier toute la recette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bananes<\/strong>. Vous pouvez utiliser des bananes plus ou moins m\u00fbres (de jaunes \u00e0 compl\u00e8tement noires). J'utilise personnellement des bananes qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 plein de t\u00e2ches noires mais il est possible d'utiliser des bananes encore jaunes. Gardez en t\u00eate le fait que plus une banane est m\u00fbre, plus elle est sucr\u00e9e et plus elle a un go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9. Donc vos muffins auront un go\u00fbt plus ou moins prononc\u00e9 de banane si celles qui vous utilisez sont tr\u00e8s noires. Pour cette recette, vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser des bananes congel\u00e9es qui auront \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9alablement d\u00e9congel\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00e9cule.<\/strong> <span style=\"font-size: revert; letter-spacing: 0.32px; color: initial;\">Si vous ne suivez pas un <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-aip-quest-ce-que-cest\/\">r\u00e9gime AIP<\/a> ni pal\u00e9o, vous pouvez utiliser de la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs ou de pommes de terre. <\/span>Par contre, si vous suivez le protocole AIP ou un r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o, utilisez de l'arrowroot\u00a0ou de la f\u00e9cule de tapioca (f\u00e9cule de manioc). Attention toutefois \u00e0 bien utiliser de la f\u00e9cule de tapioca et non des granules ou des perles de tapioca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es<\/strong>. Je vous recommande de r\u00e2per vous-m\u00eame vos carottes plut\u00f4t que de les acheter d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e2p\u00e9es. Ajoutez le sirop d'\u00e9rable, l'huile, l'extrait de vanille et le jus de citron (ou le vinaigre de cidre) et m\u00e9langez jusqu'\u00e0 obtention d'un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.
