En effet, j'en ai fait plusieurs fourn\u00e9es pour m'assurer que la recette fonctionnait bien, ainsi que les substitutions. Puis j'ai encore fait une fourn\u00e9e pour la s\u00e9ance photo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, bien que certains de ces petits pains soient partis au cong\u00e9lateur, j'en ai tout de m\u00eame mang\u00e9 beaucoup. Et devinez avec quoi? Des rillettes! C'est comme \u00e7a que l'id\u00e9e de publier une recette de rillettes m'est venue. D'autant plus, que cette recette est naturellement sans gluten, sans produits laitiers, pal\u00e9o et  compatible avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-aip-quest-ce-que-cest\/\">protocole AIP<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus, tout comme les <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/muffins-au-poulet-sans-glo-aip-paleo\/\">muffins au poulet<\/a>, cette recette est parfaite pour finir des restes de poulet r\u00f4ti. On peut \u00e9galement la faire avec des restes de dinde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a7%be-rillettes-quest-ce-que-cest\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddfe Rillettes: qu'est-ce que c'est?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rillettes sont une pr\u00e9paration r\u00e9sultant d'une cuisson longue de viandes dans de la graisse. La viande est effiloch\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rillettes traditionnelles fran\u00e7aises sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9es avec du porc, du poulet, du canard, du lapin ou du gibier. Mais on trouve \u00e9galement des rillettes de poisson ou de l\u00e9gumes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, j'avais pr\u00e9vu de publier une recette de rillettes de porc. Mais les f\u00eates de fin d'ann\u00e9e approchant, j'ai pens\u00e9 que des rillettes de volaille seraient plus \u00e0 propos. En effet, vous pouvez aussi bien pr\u00e9parer ces rillettes avec des restes de poulet qu'avec des restes de dinde.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rillettes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement servies en ap\u00e9ritif ou sur un plateau de charcuterie ou en accompagnement. Servez-les avec une <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/tarte-tomate-moutarde\/\">Tarte Tomate Moutarde<\/a> pour un ap\u00e9ritif d\u00eenatoire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Poulet ou dinde<\/strong>. Pour cette recette, il vous faudra des restes de poulet ou de dinde r\u00f4ti(e) sans peau ni os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9chalote<\/strong>. L'\u00e9chalote faisant partie de la famille des oignons, elle est riche en FODMAP. Si vous suivez un <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/le-regime-fodmaps\/\">r\u00e9gime sans FODMAPs<\/a>, omettez l'\u00e9chalote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/43Ej1PK\" rel=\"nofollow\">Graisse de canard<\/a><\/strong>. On en trouve facilement dans le commerce. Si vous ne trouvez pas, n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 cliquer sur le lien pour en commander sur internet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bouillon de volaille<\/strong>. Je vous conseille vivement de faire votre propre bouillon de volaille maison, car ceux du commerce (le plus souvent vendus sous forme de bouillon-cubes) contiennent souvent des additifs. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estragon frais<\/strong>. Pour faire cette recette, il vous faudra une cocotte en fonte. Si vous n'en avez pas, vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser une casserole. Mais il faudra adapter le temps de cuisson. (Je suis compl\u00e8tement fan des cocottes en fonte, du coup je fais plein de recettes avec. Alors n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 jeter un oeil \u00e0 mes <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/cat\u00e9gorie\/recettes\/recettes-cocotte-en-fonte\/\">recettes cocotte en fonte<\/a>, vous y trouverez, entre autres ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/navarin-dagneau-cocotte-en-fonte-au-four\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"24826\">Navarin d'agneau en cocotte et au four<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un bocal en verre pour y mettre vos rillettes de poulet (ou de dinde) r\u00f4ti(e).
