Ce protocole vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l'inflammation par une alimentation et un mode de vie sains afin de diminuer les sympt\u00f4mes des maladies auto-immunes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#bee3e3\">Le protocole AIP est compos\u00e9 d'une phase d'\u00e9limination et d'une phase de r\u00e9introduction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La phase d'\u00e9limination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principe de ce protocole est de supprimer <strong>pendant un minimum de 30 jours<\/strong> certains aliments consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme inflammatoires ou irritants pour l'intestin. Cette p\u00e9riode est appel\u00e9e la phase d'\u00e9limination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La phase d'\u00e9limination du protocole AIP est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre suivie sur une courte p\u00e9riode et Il ne s'agit en aucune fa\u00e7on d'une prescription, ni d'une recommandation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n'ai moi-m\u00eame pas suivi ce protocole pour mettre ma propre maladie auto-immune en r\u00e9mission, puisque j'ai fait un test d'<a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/a-quel-aliment-peut-on-etre-intolerant\/\">intol\u00e9rances alimentaires<\/a>, qui loin d'\u00eatre suffisant, m'a tout de m\u00eame permis d'avoir une base de d\u00e9part. Et, comme il m'arrive de le dire, mon r\u00e9gime personnalis\u00e9 est \"plus ou moins AIP\" car il s'en approche. De m\u00eame, mon parcours sant\u00e9 au naturel comporte de nombreuses similitudes avec celui des membres de la communaut\u00e9 internationale AIP (communaut\u00e9 que j'appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement). C'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 et je continue de cr\u00e9er beaucoup de recettes compatibles avec le protocole AIP afin d'aider les personnes qui suivent ce protocole \u00e0 se faire plaisir en mangeant malgr\u00e9 les tr\u00e8s nombreuses restrictions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne peux donc que vous encourager \u00e0 vous documenter davantage sur les diff\u00e9rents protocoles alimentaires afin de trouver la solution la mieux adapt\u00e9e pour vous, que ce soit le protocole AIP ou un autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, il est important de noter que le r\u00e9gime AIP (ou protocole AIP) est un r\u00e9gime standard. Or, absolument aucun r\u00e9gime standard ne peut convenir \u00e0 tout le monde, car nous sommes tous uniques et diff\u00e9rents. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, j'ai d'ailleurs pu constater au sein de la communaut\u00e9 internationale AIP un tr\u00e8s grand nombre de personnes intol\u00e9rantes \u00e0 la noix de coco ainsi qu'au manioc qui sont pourtant des aliments autoris\u00e9s au cours de la phase d'\u00e9limination du protocole. A tel point que j'en suis arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une cat\u00e9gorie sp\u00e9cifique de <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/cat%C3%A9gorie\/recettes\/recettes-aip-sans-noix-de-coco\/\">recettes AIP sans noix de coco<\/a> et j'utilise peu de manioc dans mes recettes.
