Des recettes sal\u00e9es, ainsi que des recettes sucr\u00e9es en passant par des boissons: un <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/tian-de-legumes-aip\/\">Tian de l\u00e9gumes (sans aubergine, sans tomate)<\/a> ou un <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/cake-au-thon-et-a-la-courgette\/\">Cake thon courgette (sans gluten, sans oeuf, AIP)<\/a> ou encore un <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/cake-a-la-caroube\/\">Cake sucr\u00e9 courgette caroube (sans gluten, vegan, AIP)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais j'avoue que cette recette de spaghetti de courgette est parmi mes incontournables de l'\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-notes-sur-les-ingredients\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Courgette<\/strong>. De petite taille. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomates cerises<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pesto.<\/strong> Vous pouvez aussi bien utiliser du <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/pesto-de-persil\/\">pesto de persil (sans parmesan)<\/a> ou du <a href=\"https:\/\/gohealthywithbea.com\/fr\/pesto-de-basilic\/\">pesto de basilic (sans pignon)<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optionnel <\/strong>(uniquement si vous n'\u00eates pas pal\u00e9o, ni vegan et si vous le tol\u00e9rez)<strong>:<\/strong> quelques morceaux de fromage de ch\u00e8vre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pour la liste compl\u00e8te d'ingr\u00e9dients et les quantit\u00e9s pour ces spaghetti de courgette au pesto, voir carte recette ci-dessous. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%92%ad-comment-faire-des-spaghetti-de-courgette\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcad Comment faire des spaghetti de courgette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 faire. Vous obtiendrez des \"spaghetti de courgette\". Mais attention, bien qu'on les appelle \"spaghetti de courgette\", il ne s'agit bien \u00e9videmment pas de p\u00e2tes. Vous n'obtiendrez cependant pas le m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat visuel: vous aurez de fins b\u00e2tonnets de courgettes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%e2%99%a8%ef%b8%8f-cuisson-des-spaghetti-de-courgette\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2668\ufe0f Cuisson des spaghetti de courgette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d'abord, vous pouvez parfaitement les manger crues! Mais si vous voulez les faire cuire, voici comment faire. Et si vous h\u00e9sitez entre la version crue ou la version cuite, vous pouvez lire mon article <a href=\"Crudivorisme: danger ou bienfait?\">Crudivorisme: danger ou bienfait?<\/a> qui vous aidera peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 vous d\u00e9cider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer un wok ou une sauteuse \u00e0 feu vif (pas besoin d'ajouter d'huile).
